That last one looked Malaysian (the village house in the background, the number plate on the van is Malaysian-style) but I'm not familiar with it. Could be another South East Asian country like the Philippines. And I thought it was obvious: Spidey stops the van so the ducklings won't be roadkill. Why he needed to unmask, I've no idea.

And I think Spidey getting arrested in the second photo is posed. If it was a real arrest, wouldn't the officer unmask him first?
